Today's lunch, I saw Alice Wu's 2004 prize-winning film _Saving Face_, starring Joan Chen, Michelle Krusiec, and Lynn Chen. Fabulous performances from the leading roles and a story nicely told-- a really nice work to watch!

I have watched "Saving Face" last year. I like the movie and that kind of humor. There are many interesting scenarios. For example, the lesbian daughter, who has kept the secret from her mother for a long time, finally decides to confess it to the mother. She says, "Mom, I'm a gay. And I love you." The mother replies, "How can you state the two things at the same time?"
